What Cronah actually does
Why Cronah exists
Companies want to do something visible for the environment. People
want paid work. We put the two together: you fund the event, we hire
and pay a crew to do it properly, and everyone leaves with something
real.
How we work
You tell us a site, a date and roughly how many people. We survey it,
get the permissions, hire and brief the crew, bring the equipment and
run the day. We hand the waste to a licensed operator, film everything
while it happens, and send you the footage and the numbers.
Why paid crews, not volunteers
Volunteering platforms log unpaid hours. That builds engagement. It
doesn't finish a site, and it doesn't put money in anyone's pocket. We
pay the crew, so the work gets done properly and every hour in the
report is an hour someone earned.

What do we get afterwards?
Every clip we filmed, with full rights to edit and publish. Plus an impact report: area covered, waste collected, paid hours.
Can we use the footage in a paid campaign?
Yes. Cut it however you like. The only condition in the contract is that Cronah is credited as the organizer.
Do you edit the footage for us?
No. We hand over the raw material and you do what you want with it — your own team, your own agency, your own style.
How much does it cost?
Every event is quoted on its own — site, crew size, length. The call ends with a firm number.
How much notice do you need?
Three weeks is comfortable. Permits are the slow part. Tell us your date and we'll say if it's realistic.
Who is responsible for the crew?
We are. Crews contract with us, are insured through us, and get a documented safety briefing. You take on no employment obligations.
Can we use the report for ESG?
Yes. Area covered, waste collected, paid hours, crew size. One page.
Do you work outside Sofia?
Sofia for now. We'll travel for bigger jobs — ask and we'll tell you what it adds.
We're an agency. Will you go around us to our client?
No. If you bring us in, we contract with you and deal with you. White-label is fine and we'll put it in the agreement.
How is this different from a volunteering platform?
They schedule your people's unpaid hours. We organize the whole event, pay a crew to finish it, and hand you the footage.
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes. We turn your goal into a site, a date, a crew size and a price.
Do I need experience?
No. You're briefed and equipped on the day.
How much does it pay?
Pay is agreed before each event, depending on the work and your availability. We confirm it with you directly.
Do I need my own tools?
No. We bring everything.
What if I can't work every week?
Tell us on the form. We ask about full-time, part-time and weekends, and match you accordingly.
How do I get paid?
Terms are confirmed when you join a crew, as part of your agreement for that event.

Who we are

What we collect
Account data: email address, and if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo.
Profile data: full name, phone number, city, a short bio, and an optional avatar photo you upload.
Booking / application data: name, organization (for clients) or phone and city (for workers), and anything you write in the optional message field.
Technical data: handled by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and database provider (Supabase) for security and abuse prevention — IP address and basic request logs.
Why we collect it
To respond to booking requests and job applications, to run your account, and to operate the public map of project locations. Where we rely on your consent (the checkbox on our forms), you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
Supabase (database and authentication) and Google (if you choose Google sign-in) process data on our behalf. We don't sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Booking and application data is kept for [—] unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you can object to how we use it — contact [add contact email]. You can also complain to Bulgaria's data protection authority (KZLD / CPDP).

What we actually use
We don't set traditional server cookies. We use your browser's local storage for a small number of items, all essential to the site working:
Sign-in session — kept by Supabase so you stay signed in between visits.
cronah-mode — remembers whether you last viewed the site as an organization or a worker.
cronah-consent — remembers the choice you make on the cookie banner itself.
cronah-intended-role — used only during Google sign-up, to carry your account type through the redirect; removed right after.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, no analytics cookies today. If that changes, this page and the consent banner will be updated first.

What this site is
A way to learn about Cronah's projects, book an introductory call as an organization, apply to work with a crew, and manage your account. Booking a call or submitting an application is not itself a binding contract — project work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the accuracy of the information in your profile. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or to interfere with the site.
Acceptable use
Don't submit false information through our forms, attempt to access areas of the site you're not authorized for (including the admin panel), or use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.
Intellectual property
Site content, photos, and impact reports are Cronah's property or used under license, unless stated otherwise.
Disclaimers
The site and map are provided "as is." Location data on the public map may be demo data where noted, and readiness/hiring status can change before the next update.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

Who this applies to
Anyone who applies to work with Cronah through the site or is invited to join a crew.
Applying is not a job offer
Submitting an application starts a conversation, not an employment relationship. We reply to every application. If it moves forward, you'll get a training date and, before any paid work begins, a separate signed agreement covering that specific engagement.
Eligibility
You must be legally entitled to work in Bulgaria and meet the minimum age requirement under Bulgarian labor law for the work involved.
On site
Crews work under the direction of a Cronah team lead, follow the safety briefing given before each project, and use provided protective equipment. Repeated no-shows or unsafe conduct can end your participation.
Pay
Pay is agreed per engagement before it starts and confirmed in your signed agreement for that project — it is not fixed by these terms.

Either side can end the relationship between engagements at any time. Terms specific to an active engagement follow that engagement's signed agreement.
